The hotel had a breathtaking location overlooking a lake with easy access to a swimming area. The rooms were clean and offered a great view of the lake. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

The hotel lacked basic amenities such as a kettle, iron, and air conditioning, which made the stay less comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast offering was limited to Indonesian food and toast with jam, with no option for cereal or fruit. the hotel had a great location and friendly staff, but lacked basic amenities and breakfast options.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and their hospitality really stood out. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. Additionally, the transportation around this city was very convenient, which allowed me to explore local restaurants near this hotel situated on top of the hill.

Nestled atop a hillside, this hotel boasts great views of the surrounding areas. It's conveniently located near local restaurants, making it easy to explore Tuk Tuk. Rooms are spacious and clean, with modern bathrooms and top-notch service. the breakfast spread offers a variety of options to suit all palates, including fresh fruits and homemade jams. the garden and sitting area provide the perfect ambiance for a relaxing evening.

The food from the dinner menu could be improved.

Great Lake View Location, Easy Access to the Water, Good Food

Spent Xmas at this hotel and really enjoyed the lake view location, with easy access to the water for a nice swim. The food was really good, especially the Indonesian breakfast. The hotel also provided free pick up from the ferry which was very convenient.

The secluded resort, stunning lake view, private dock, peaceful atmosphere, availability of sunloungers, friendly and attentive staff.
